Q: Why can’t I just use a turkey injector
or a hypodermic syringe to put my crappie nibbles into my
soft plastics?
A: The Bait Pump is a threaded design that
produces the high pressure needed to inject high viscosity
paste such as ‘Berkley Crappie Nibbles’. This
type of pressure can not be produced by a syringe or turkey
injector.
Q: Why is it better to inject realistic tasting
paste into my crappie and bass tubes or plastic worms?
A: A realistic tasting paste can cover odors,
contamination such as gas and oil that may have happened to
come in contact with your hands while preparing to go fishing.
Scented Bait Attractants attract fish and once they taste,
they won't spit it out, giving you more time for a good hook
set.
Q: Why can’t I just put ‘Berkley
Crappie Nibbles’ on the hook like always?
A: You can. ‘Berkley Crappie Nibbles’
are very good bait and are what I highly recommend. But when
casting they can easily come off your hook, and if you are
using more than one hook on your pole, when you catch a fish
the ‘Berkley Crappie Nibbles’ can be shaken off
and end up in the bottom of your boat and in your carpet.
When injected "into" your bait, they last much longer.
Q: How much paste do I inject into my crappie
and bass tubes or plastic worms?
A: The Bait Pump will actually make your
‘Berkley Crappie Nibbles’ last about four times
longer than the conventional way of putting them on the hook
method. It has been the experience of most that after loading
The Bait Pump with 15 to 20 ‘Berkley Crappie Nibbles’
it will last for a full day of fishing.
Q: Why do I need to use The Bait Pump?
A: Without The Bait Pump, ‘Berkley
Crappie Nibbles’ can be removed from your hook by the
first runt bream that comes along and leaves you high and
dry for a crappie. It is designed to fill the cavity of any
crappie or bass tube and will remain in place for as long
as the tube will last. (typically 20-30 fish)
The Bait Pump is the ideal way to enhance
soft plastic baits with the scented bait atttractant of your
choice. Whether you are using crappie nibbles, shrimp, crawfish
or your own favorite recipe, fish will find your bait hard
to resist.
